Hi! I’m Jamie Wimberly and I am a real estate consultant serving North Texas. I am native to Texas, living in beautiful Southlake the past 21 years with my husband and 2 college-aged children. I have gained over 10 years of professional experience in the real estate industry ranging from transaction coordination to realtor training and now client consulting.
My inspiration to become a real estate consultant started when I realized that there is a big customer need that many large realty agencies are failing to meet. As a real estate consultant who answers to the client and not a corporation, I am passionate about helping you navigate through the buying or selling process with the support that you need. I find the initial consultations, where I get to know you and what you plan to accomplish in this process, one of my favorite parts of being a real estate consultant. I also enjoy using a wide range of tools and strategies to help my clients, whether it is market research, market analytics, social media promotion or new tools in technology. I am very involved in the community and can provide referrals to other important contacts including lenders, title companies, designers, and contractors.
In my spare time, I am an avid golfer and attend many charity events. I am an active member of Timarron Country Club, serving on the Board of Governors, Golf Committee, and Women’s Golf Association Board.
